Photographer Lighting

Dec. 2nd, 2007 | 11:58 am

Does anyone know where to buy photographer lighting and equipment (soft boxes, trilights, barn doors, et cetera) around Atlanta? Competitive pricing is a major plus.

By the way, I will be shooting models near the end of the month and can work something out for models with little money, looking for digital prints for their portfolio. Please send a headshot.

My web project I've vaguely mentioned before for iPod users is live, but beta. It uses iTunes. I may add Democracy support.

Please join and berate other members. Add music, podcasts, and videos to your iTunes playlists. You will see it in iTunes under "Podcasts".

Thank the lovely tail_eats_cat for allowing me to use her visage for the default member picture.

Suggestions are very welcome!

They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.

My belated entry for Bulwer-Lytton Fiction contest

music: The Libertines - Can't Stand Me Now (tears For Fears Cover)

I was born to the sound of barking seals, the smell of popcorn, my father balancing three bowling balls on his chin while my mother balanced herself spread on an elephant during labour and upon my emergence from the womb and while still between the legs of my mother, they put a clown nose on my face, to which the audience booed at how I didn't shoot out of Mum like she was a cannon.

You know, I really don't use this for public entries much anymore. I do have alot going on, I really do.

Life is still good. Still wearing that jacket. Gold diggers suck. The sunlight's making me feel paranoid. I look outside and see the world at war. The people walk to work like they're alone. I sit in silence, staring at the phone.

It's nearly time to mention my web project. Some of it ties in with Live Journal XML feeds, and the OpenID system.

The people laugh and play like they're alone. I never meant to shut you out. I never meant to cause alarm.

I've also said, `screw it`, and started writing the book I've been talking about for two years. There is no outline. There is no coherency. There is just a spilling out of what comes to mind. There will be death, sadness, and some of it you can blame on Atlanta traffic; the rest on human self-centeredness.

There are words to be said that I don't care to share.

And in case you are wondering, half of that was a song I was listening to, haha. The parts about my life are just filler.
